stand in front of the mirror and take off all your clothes and marvel at your imperfections. notice the age, the spots, the shape and use this as a reminder that it all has faults. the place and time, your relationships, its simply a matter of how much is too much. at what point do you fix the breaks? you can leave it alone, but like most problems they seem too fester. if you care about it, best to fix it or accept it. many times the fix is within, acceptance for the way it is. for the way you are.
it helps to embrace the way things are, how the world is not how you would like it or see it. if you want change is possible, move the furniture around, shuffle your location, but there you are. without an inner peace, confidence and acceptance, little will improve. accept the fractures, the heat and the nonsense in the background, lower that bar and things are just fine. the water is just right.
we are all suffering and if we are not, then it is coming. to be on top only shows how far there is to fall. best not look down or be prepared to get back up. just part of the game. fall and get up like hide and seek. a balancing game all being played out in a consciousness located somewhere on top of those shoulders.

I found several faults in this article, typos and poor analogies.
But those were only the counterpoint that emphasised the verity of the article, and so in essence, the whole is perfect.
