you are the whole universe, happening at once.

when your day is going bad, so is the world falling apart. the perspective you have is everything, it is either really good, or really bad, but probably it is a mix of both. What we read, see and engage in is what defines us and the way we process it is the lens we see things through. For some, the world is wonderful. Awe and amazement captivate the few that engage with new things and see each day as a new opportunity or adventure. Others wake up to bleakness, cursing their luck and the world that they see disintegrating around them. Unto others these feelings expand. Smile and the world smiles back, fight and the world will fight with you. Blessed are those that are fortunate enough to realise that they are already there, already part of it and use the resources they have at their disposal to truly enjoy it.

when you break a bone in your body your muscles around that area go into spasm, a natural reflex to hold the bones from fragmenting further and hurting you more. high fevers are when a part of your brain, the hypothalamus, engages a mechanism in your pituitary gland to raise the temperature in your body usually to fight off infections. when you are over heated you sweat to cool you down and when you are scared or in trouble, your adrenaline is pumped into your body to increase your energy and awareness. so smart the body is, the world is filled with things like this in nature and in our lives. amazing.

i always thought that feelings are mutual. if you are confident, and walk as if you belong, most people will not ask whether you belong or not. in an interview, if it is going well and the conversation flowing, the job is probably yours. this also happens when you meet people, if you like a girl, or a boy, most of the time the feelings are mutual. hard to fake it, and why would you? unless you are trying to get something, or somewhere from someone, then be careful. follow your nature if you can, the feelings you have and the actions that should follow, they will not disappoint you. this you can be assured of.
