the day starts. you feel a bit of yesterday in you. if you were healthy, exercised and had a good night sleep you feel good. drank, slept bad or ate wrong and you feel the opposite. the weather then plays its chords. depending on the temperature and clarity you walk into fog or rain or sunshine. the day plays out, you see friends and do some work. perhaps you squirrel away some money for tomorrow, or spend more then you had today. you try your best. the effort put into some things are seeming to make headway, while other areas seem to need more work. the sun begins to set, you head home or you head out to a social situation somewhere. mixed feelings of the accomplishments and failures cloud your mind as you consume the last meal of the day. a wave of exhaustion sets in as you head towards bed. you brush your teeth so that you do not have to deal with cavities in the morning. you lay down knowing you are due to wake up the next day and repeat it all.
