so we began by saying we came for peace, just like we would say whenever we are trying to justify our actions for doing something. start with a good motive. to tell a white like, like a lie to our children. we were doing it for peace, lying to ourselves our nation and our people and for good reason. russia was winning.we could not let them win, not then, not now.

but we had no choice, the wars were raging, entire populations were killing their teachers, we were blanket bombing vietnanam and racing russia to the the moon we had no other choice, we came in peace, at least in idea. we needed to create this idea, this everlasting hope in the air that we can do anything for peace. that we can cause the tribes to link and buy into a system that would make them believe that anything can come true.

“Just a month before, Apollo 11 astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong had left their colleague, Michael Collins, aboard spaceship Columbia and walked on

the Moon…The old carpenter asked me if I really believed it happened. I said sure, I saw it on television. He disagreed; he said that he didn’t believe it for a minute, that ‘them television fellers’ could make things look real that weren’t. Back then, I thought he was a crank. During my eight years in Washington, I saw some things on TV that made me wonder if he wasn’t ahead of his time.” –

President Bill Clinton

we want to be right. we so need to find a way. pick a conspiracy and go with it. you need one, this is as good as any. we have lost all of the nasa film, we bounced around without worrying about a fragile suit busting and we have given nations fake moon rocks.
