God can restore what is broken and change it into something amazing. All you need is faith -Joel 2:25

theatrics, hope, community and free coffee. with smiles and a promise for salvation it is a wonder why the church has not kept up with its past as the opioud of the people in modern times. perhaps collectively we have gained too much knowledge and evolution seemed too much common sense for most people. the catholic church fiasco also did not do much to march this forward. 

it seems that anything that holds us together, that instills morals and rules to hold the fabric of humanity together should be welcome to society. be kind to one another, help your fellow man, don’t lie or covet thy neighbours stuff. i think the rules could be updated, the book could be brought into a modern day story. 

i have a dream of one day standing before the people and speaking about what it is to be. even if i myself might be lost, helping others, it is something in a short-term amount i would enjoy. weaving in stories that touch on current problems, aches and solutions. my favorite preachers are the ones that are able to bring modern themes within the meaning of the ancient stories. such a historical book, one that has been able to carry on through the times. i imagine chaotic times, one where mankind struggled to get along with one another.
