pause. take a moment to look around while not forgetting that this is actually going on, not to get lost in actions, letters and task. all around us the world is waving, breezes in the air, waves and light, somewhere on our planet the sun is setting, somewhere it is just beginning. pain and pleasure are abound, problems multiplying while an army works away at untangling a forever ball of twine. changing your perspective on the problems help, finding a place where the result equals your wishes whatever way it goes proves that the problem was an illusion anyways. to accept both sides of the coin allows you to always win the toss.

when we look at things differently, things look differently.

as you pause you can spend more time on nothingness. for what else is time for but to waste. to look at pretty things and imagine yourself elsewhere. to call friends and family, to contemplate what it is all about, to play with the ones who make us smile, the ones who stick in our minds when we try to sleep or come in when we awake. to fix things, to muddle things, to walk away from work only to go back to it on your terms. whatever those terms be, no matter how many times those terms change, our options to take a break and tilt our head is always here, yet we do it so little.

pausing requires one to take a break. to stop ones action, ones motion, the motion of it all. to find the trough in the wave and peer around, to question our everyday actions in order to have the ability to see the same thing differently. break up the regular routine, or zoom into it, create a moment where you are watching you watching you. marvel at the existence of it all. moments only you can experience, angles that only you see, and these moments allow you to create more.
